Interested parties are encouraged to view the Department of Mental Health FY11 Mental Health Services Block Grant Application at the following web address: https://bgas.samhsa.gov . Click “launch” next to CMHS FY11. On the next screen enter the user name, AL_citizen, and the password, Montgomery#112526. The application is being developed in consultation with the Mental Illness Planning Council. As sections begin to be completed during July and August, they are loaded into the web application.
