* PLEASE NOTE: All  ADAP publications are provided free of charge, including "Special Education: A Right Not a Favor" (RNF).  However, ADAP's limited funding does not allow us to pay the cost of shipping large quantities of RNF.  If you are requesting more than 24 copies of RNF per address, you must pay the shipping or arrange to pick up copies from ADAP's office in Tuscaloosa. When you place a large order for RNF, an ADAP representative will contact you to discuss shipping payment options.
